Using the Library
The librarians and the front desk staff are eager to help University students, staff and faculty in better knowing and using the Library’s resources. The University’s staff of librarians is also available to help students on an individual basis in matters pertaining to their research projects and class research assignments. Students are encouraged to use the Suggestion Box located at the front desk to share comments and recommendations about improving the Library and its services.
Library Catalog
The Library maintains a searchable online, OPAC-compliant catalogue of all materials such as books, journals, newspapers, maps, CDs, and videos in the Library.
Library Collections and Resources
The Library’s collections comprise 30,000 bound volumes and 60,000 digital books, as well as print and digital periodicals, and are comprised of the following:
- The Main Collection, which consists of books in English and Greek covering a wide range of topics with a focus on the humanities and social sciences
- The Special Collection, which includes rare and out-of-print editions on Art as well as reference books.

Internet Knowledge Park & Wireless Access
The library has twenty computer workstations with broadband Internet access for use by University students and staff. If you are not affiliated with the University, you can apply to Library staff to use these research workstations and Library resources when available. Wireless network access for laptops is also available on the premises.
Printers & Photocopying
Printers are available for limited number of pages. You can get paper at the front desk. A photocopy machine is also available at the library. When photocopying material you are expected to comply with the provisions of the Copyright Law. You are responsible for any infraction of this Law.
